Cross Training Day
This morning I did my usual Wednesday morning workout: a 40-mile ride in my air bike. I am not a big fan of cycling, but my legs need a mid-week break so I hop on the bike and listen to music on my Zune (something I don’t do when I run). Even though it doesn’t seem like much of a workout (except when I crank up the tension), I do work up a good sweat on the air bike. Still, I would rather be running!
