It’s All Downhill From Here
I am going to take it easy these final 3 weeks before the race. For starters, I am not going to run again until next Saturday. This week I am going to ride my exercise bike for an hour each morning, and on Tuesday and Thursday nights I am going to do some pool jogging. I am hopeful that next Saturday I can run 10 miles relatively pain-free since I am giving my injured Achilles a full week break from the constant pounding brought on my running.
